Orders & Delivery
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer:
- Free boxed bike delivery across Northern Ireland
- £50 delivery to Ireland
- £50 delivery to UK Mainland
- Fully assembled bike delivery within a 10-mile radius for £50
Are bikes assembled before collection?
Yes. All bikes collected in-store are fully assembled, safety checked, and ready to ride.
Can I collect my order in-store?
Absolutely. In-store collection is available, and your bike will be professionally assembled and checked before collection.
Is there a bike build charge?
For in-store collection, bikes under £200 incur a £10 bike build charge. Bikes priced over £200 are built free of charge.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and location. We will contact you with updates after your order is placed.
Servicing & Repairs
Do you service and repair bikes?
Yes. We offer a wide range of bike servicing and repair options to keep your bike running safely and smoothly.
Do I need to book a bike service?

Do you repair bikes not purchased from Banbridge Bike Centre?
Yes. We are happy to service and repair most bikes, regardless of where they were purchased.
Electric Bikes (E-Bikes)
Do e-bikes need servicing?
Yes. Regular servicing helps keep your e-bike safe and performing at its best.
How far can an e-bike go on one charge?
Battery range varies depending on the bike model, terrain, rider weight, assistance level, and weather conditions.
Returns & Warranty
Do bikes come with a warranty?
Yes. All new bikes come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms may vary by brand.
Can I return a bike?
